EHP congress is open for bidding and as indicated in the ICCA database we do have a detailed guidelines which can be found here.

The next open year would be 2023 for the 41^st Euroheat & Power Congress.

Deadlines for the 2023– Application is 30^th November 2020  | A decision on shortlisted candidates will be made at latest in May 2021 with a Final decision on the destination by latest autumn 2021.

The Global District Energy Climate Awards Ceremony has just been confirmed to Reykjavik during the 1^st Sustainable District Energy Conference in 2019. The next open year would be 2021 but the bidding documents have not yet been created.
