Kyotherm is a third-party investor and co-developer of renewable heat and energy efficiency projects, including district heating networks.
We partner with technical solution providers and energy service companies (EPC-O&M contractors) and together provide Heat Purchase Agreements to the end-users.
We finance the installations with an optimized cost of capital in order to enable the end-user to make savings as of year one, as well as with a logic of sharing the industrial risks.
To date, Kyotherm has financed biomass, geothermal, heat network, waste heat, electric energy performance, solar thermal and geothermal heat pump projects.
