Exhibitor and Sponsor Service Center
The exhibition manual and other important information like order forms for additional furniture, shipping, show timetable and much more, will be made available here. The page is intended for exhibitors and sponsors with confirmed exhibit space or sponsored item.
The exhibitor can set-up their stand on Monday 6th May 2019 afternoon from 13:30 until 18:00. The exhibition will be open for delegates on Tuesday from 09:00 until 17:00 and on Wednesday from 08:30 until 16:00, exhibition staff gain access 30min prior to show opening.

Overview of Deadlines | Data Sheets - Order Forms - Information
The DATA SHEET is mandatory and to be returned before 15th of April 2019. Please send the form in line with your stand option chosen (space-only; shell scheme; meeting point or pod station).
- Stand access is allowed only if space rental and additional services are fully paid.
- Please make sure that payments have been processed and verified with your accounting department before your trip to Nantes. It’s advisable to bring a copy of the payment proof (wire transfer for example).
- Any invoice not paid before the set-up day will have to be paid onsite otherwise access to the stand will be denied.
