REGISTRATION

The 35th Biennial EHP Congress welcomes participants from all over the world. The congress is open to any interested individual, party or organisation, expert and interested professional from the district heating & cooling disciplines, as well as from other or related disciplines, plus members of the press, as well as national and international policymakers.

Registration fees

All delegates, except Keynote speakers and Congress Team members, pay registration fees (see fee categories). Invitation to any of the congress sessions or any other contribution to the congress does not waive the payment of the congress registration fee nor any other related expenses to any invitation. Prices in Euro per person.

Method of Payment

All delegates using online PAYPAL system. CURRENCY: handled in Euro, only. Payments in other currencies cannot be accepted.

All major credit cards are accepted: through PayPal.
Other payments: by BANK TRANSFER, Please email mariesimar@euroheat.org requesting a bank transfer.
All details (including transfer and account information) are indicated on the Invoice issued by EHP

VAT

Fee includes French VAT at 19.60%.

Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of registration will arrive in an email format within 1 day of registration.

Cancellation of registration

To Cancel participation, please send details via email to communications@euroheat.org
Until Tuesday March 1st 2011, is subject to a deduction of 20% of the participant fee + 45 euro administration cancellation fee.
Until Monday March 21st 2011, is subject to a deduction of 35% of the participant fee +45 euro administration cancellation fee
Until Friday April 2011, is subject to a deduction of 60% of the participant fee + 45 euro administration cancellation fee.
After Friday April 29th no refund can be given.

Accommodation

Accommodation must be booked by the participant themselves. Receipt of confirmation of registration has no bearing on the reservation of accommodation in the Paris area. There are hotels offering participants special congress prices, details of these hotels and a direct link to book a room can be found at the end of the VENUE-page of this website.
