Special Offer:

The first twenty five registrations will receive a present (hand-painted Venice carnival mask) on arrival.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your registration until Friday, 30 January 2009 with full refund less 45 euro cancellation administrative fee. From this date cancellation refund decreases as follows:

Until Friday, 20 February 2009 - deduction of 15% + 45 euro cancellation administrative fee
Until Friday, 20 March 2009 - deduction of 30% + 45 euro cancellation administrative fee
Until Monday, 20 April 2009 - deduction of 45% + 45 euro cancellation administrative fee
Until Wednesday, 20 May 2009 - deduction of 60% + 45 euro cancellation administrative fee
After Wednesday, 20 May 2009 no refund can be given.

In addition, participants wishing to cancel are responsible for cancelling their hotel accommodation and flights.

You have the possibility of a refund from Italian tax authority of the VAT you are paying, using your VAT number. To claim a refund of VAT you must file a special form.
