Side events provide the opportunity for organisations to launch initiatives, projects or programmes, and products or services. They also provide the perfect occasion for organising panel discussions on specific topics and showcasing professional networks and associations. Organisations or individuals interested in hosting side events are requested to familiarise themselves with the rules below and complete the application form.
The side events will be accommodated throughout the congress days (Sunday midday to Tuesday) with a maximum of 4 hours.
The side event room will be equipped as follows:
a max of 100 theatre style seating capacity, one screen, one projector, a sound system and up to three microphones.
Any additional costs for AV, catering or interpretation/ translation, will be borne by the applicant.
Please note: each participant of the Euroheat & Power Congress and side event(s) must be registered and have paid the corresponding registration fee to gain access to the event.
Availability to host the event is on a first-come, first-served basis
Euroheat & Power’s Secretariat is the ultimate decision maker for granting permission for a side event.

H-DisNet: Intelligent Hybrid Thermo-Chemical Technology in District Networks
Lossless transport and storage of energy potential by thermo-chemical technology has the potential to improve conventional district networks with benefits, such as exploitation of low-grade residual heat and service for low-demand areas.
13.30 – 17.30 H-DisNet Workshop
The workshop makes key stakeholders of district networks familiar with the thermo-chemical technology developed in the EU project H-DisNet. Furthermore, it provides the stakeholder with the opportunity to give input to the project in interactive round table discussion.
